By registering for a Predictpay Gateway Account or interacting directly with our REST APIs, you implicitly agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our technology stack.
2. Service Scope
Predictpay provides technical infrastructure to route localized payment forms to designated endpoints. We provide software abstraction for 100+ local payment methods tailored mostly toward B2B environments such as Forex and high-throughput gaming networks.
3. Merchant Obligations
As a merchant utilizing our architecture, you promise to:
- Prevent the usage of our gateways for illicit or strictly prohibited transactions.
- Provide honest and clear business operation details to our onboarding team.
- Respond promptly to API discrepancies and securely govern your Secret Keys.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Predictpay boasts a 99.99% success rate, global payment networks are susceptible to downstream banking interruptions. We are not liable for transient localized downtime that exists beyond our API endpoints.
